This notice explains how we work with these agents and how you, as a client, can ensure you are engaging with Wonderweb directly and securely. By submitting a referral or engaging with an agent, you agree to the terms below.

1. Official Communication Channels
All official communication from Wonderweb Technologies originates only from the following verified channels:
- Phone/WhatsApp: +263 784 289 689 (this number is used for calls, WhatsApp, and SMS). No other phone number is authorised to represent Wonderweb.
- Email: Any email address ending in
@wonderweb.co.zwor@wonderweb.host. Emails from other domains (e.g., @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @otherhost.com) are not official unless confirmed via a separate official channel. - Website: www.wonderweb.co.zw and www.wonderweb.host. Our client area is located at
https://clientarea.wonderweb.host/admin.
If you receive a message, flyer, invoice, or any communication that claims to be from Wonderweb but does not come from the above channels, you must not respond or provide any personal information. Instead, forward the suspicious communication to [email protected] for verification.
2. About Our Referral Program
We operate a Referral Program for independent individuals and businesses to earn commission by referring web design clients to us. The program is detailed in our separate Referral Program Policy. Key points for clients:
- Agents are independent contractors or businesses, not employees or legal representatives of Wonderweb.
- Agents are not authorised to collect payments, sign contracts on our behalf, or make project decisions.
- Agents may explain our services and encourage you to contact us, but once you are ready, they must hand you over to our team directly.
- The agent’s role ends at the handover. From that point, you will deal only with Wonderweb for all project matters, including consultation, quoting, design, billing, and support.
Handover message example (from agent):
“I’m now handing you over to my web design partner, Wonderweb Technologies. They’ll take care of your website and provide full support. I’ll still be here if you need any help.”
Client status upon referral: When an agent refers a client to us and the handover is completed, the client automatically becomes a direct client of Wonderweb Technologies. From that point forward, all communication regarding the website project, including consultation, quotes, design decisions, billing, and support, will be conducted exclusively between Wonderweb and the client. The agent is not a party to the client‑provider relationship and has no authority to make commitments or changes on behalf of Wonderweb or the client.
3. Brand Misrepresentation Policy
To protect our brand and our clients, agents and third parties must comply with the following rules:
- Agents are strictly prohibited from using the name “Wonderweb Technologies” or any of our logos, trademarks, or branding materials in their own marketing, domain names, social media handles, or any form of advertising. They must operate under their own brand.
- Agents are not permitted to create the impression that they are employees, staff members, or official representatives of Wonderweb. They must clearly identify themselves as referrers or “partners”, not as “we” or “us” in reference to Wonderweb.
- Agents may not discuss our internal policies, pricing strategies, or decision‑making processes as if they had inside knowledge. They may only repeat publicly available information from our website.
- Agents must not collect payments for our services – all payments must go directly to Wonderweb via our official payment channels.
Consequences of misrepresentation: If an agent misrepresents themselves or our brand, we will:
- Immediately terminate their participation in the Referral Program and forfeit any unpaid commissions.
- If a client is misled, we will notify the client and assist them in clarifying the correct contact and process.
- We may pursue legal action against the agent for damages, including legal fees.
4. Our Commitment to You
We commit to the following to ensure your peace of mind:
- Professional handling: Once you are in direct contact with our team (via our official channels), we will handle your project professionally, transparently, and in accordance with all our policies.
- Clear communication: We will provide you with clear quotes, timelines, and expectations. You will never be surprised by hidden fees or ambiguous terms.
- Data security: We will never share your personal information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. Agents only receive the information you explicitly consent to share.
- Verification: You are always welcome to verify any agent’s status by contacting us directly. Ask us: “Is [name/phone number] an authorised referral agent for Wonderweb?” We will confirm or deny.
5. Report Suspicious Activity
If you encounter any of the following, please report it to us immediately:
- A message claiming to be from Wonderweb that comes from an unverified number or email address.
- An agent asking for payment directly (instead of directing you to our official payment channels).
- An agent claiming to be a Wonderweb employee or using our branding.
- An agent making promises that seem too good to be true (e.g., guaranteed Google rankings, lifetime hosting for $10).
Report via:
- WhatsApp: +263 784 289 689 (send a message with details and screenshots).
- Email: [email protected]
We will investigate and take appropriate action, including public warnings if necessary. Your vigilance helps us maintain a trusted community.
