Website Service Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains clearly how Wonderweb Technologies delivers websites, what our clients need to provide, and what services are included. Our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and predictable. By understanding this policy, clients will know exactly what to expect, and how to help us deliver the best possible results on time.

2. Website Delivery Timeline

Wonderweb Technologies has a standard delivery schedule depending on the package you choose:

2.1 Standard Package

Websites are delivered within 3 business days from the time we receive all required content.

2.2 Premium Package

Websites are delivered within 5 business days from the time we receive all required content.

2.3 Larger or Complex Projects

For larger or more complex websites, delivery may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on the scope of the project.

2.4 Content Submission Cutoff

Any content (text, images, logos, videos) submitted after 11:30 AM will be considered received the next business day.
This means if you send content at 11:31 AM, the timeline for delivery starts the following day, not the same day.

3. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver your website on time, you are responsible for:

Providing All Required Content
- This includes text, images, logos, videos, and any other media we request.
- Content must be provided in the formats we specify (for example, images in JPG or PNG).
Timely Feedback and Approvals
- Clients must respond to requests for approvals, revisions, or additional information within 24 hours.
- Delays in feedback can push back the delivery schedule, so please review and respond quickly.
Payments
- Full payment for the project is due upon delivery of the website.
- Failure to pay within 48 hours of delivery may result in penalties, including temporary suspension of the website.
Understanding Project Delays
- If content is missing or feedback is late, the project timeline will be extended accordingly.
- Wonderweb Technologies cannot be responsible for delays caused by late submissions or missing content.

4. Wonderweb Responsibilities

Wonderweb Technologies is responsible for:

Professional Design and Development
- We deliver websites that are professionally designed, functional, and visually appealing.
Communication and Updates
- We will communicate with you as needed, but you do not need to check in or request updates before the delivery timeline.
- Our agreed delivery timeline is 3 days for standard, 5 for premium. If we deliver earlier or slightly later (up to 24 hours), this is normal and part of the workflow.
Content Alternatives
- If essential content is missing, we may use AI-generated or stock content.
- Text and images may be lightly edited for presentation and consistency.

5. Browser & Device Compatibility

All websites are fully responsive and work on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Websites are tested on major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Brave, and Phoenix.
Minor differences in appearance are normal due to screen size, resolution, operating system, and browser settings.

6. Hosting & Management

6.1 First-Year Hosting Promotion

6.2 Renewal Fees

After the first year:
- Standard Package: $36/year
- Premium Package: $45/year
Renewal covers hosting, domain renewal, unlimited email accounts, and continued website maintenance.

7. SEO & Website Performance

7.1 Standard Package

Includes basic SEO setup, such as titles and headings.

7.2 Premium Package

Includes on-page SEO, proper titles, headings, image descriptions, schema markup, and sitemap submission to search engines.

7.3 Important Note

Wonderweb Technologies does not guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic, or business results, as these depend on many external factors outside our control.

8. Domain Registration

All domains are registered through third-party providers in the client’s name whenever possible.
Clients are responsible for renewing domains beyond the first year if we did not purchase or manage it on their behalf.
Wonderweb Technologies is not liable for delays or issues caused by the domain registrar.

9. Design Credit

All websites include a footer credit: “Website designed by Wonderweb Technologies.”
Removal of the credit incurs a $20 fee.
Unauthorized removal may result in website suspension and potential legal action.

10. Liability & Limitations

Wonderweb Technologies is not responsible for loss of business, sales, or income due to website performance or use.
Any third-party software, integrations, or premium assets (such as licensed images, fonts, or tools) are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the agreement.
