1. Program Overview

The Wonderweb Referral Program allows independent individuals and businesses to earn commission by referring clients to our web design and hosting services. It is a flexible, non-exclusive program designed to empower local promoters, marketers, and resellers to earn income while upholding professionalism, transparency, and brand integrity.

2. Who Can Join

• Anyone interested in digital marketing and earning commission.
• No formal qualifications required.
• Must communicate clearly and act with integrity.
• Must adhere to all policies in this document.
• All agents must be approved by Wonderweb before submitting referrals.

Note: Submitting leads or representing Wonderweb without approval is prohibited.

3. Commission Structure

Agents earn a fixed commission per confirmed client based on the service package purchased by the referred client:

• Standard Package → $5 USD commission per referral
• Premium Package → $10 USD commission per referral

Commission is paid after Wonderweb receives full payment from the client.

After Wonderweb receives full payment from the client, commission is paid within 24–48 hours via EcoCash or bank transfer.

3.3 Direct Referral Rule

Commission applies only for clients you directly refer. If a referred client later refers another client, you will not earn commission on that second referral. This ensures fairness and clear attribution of rewards to the agent responsible for the original lead.

3.4 Single-Tier System

The referral program is single-tier. Commissions are not transferable, shareable, or extended to clients referred by your referrals. Only the agent who officially submits the client with consent is recognized as the referral source.

3.5 Multiple Purchases

If a referred client purchases more than one website or service package, the agent earns one commission per qualifying purchase based on the package type (Standard $5 / Premium $10).

Examples:

• Client buys one Standard Package → $5 commission.
• Client buys one Premium Package → $10 commission.
• Client buys two separate websites (Standard + Premium) → $5 + $10 = $15 total commission.
• Client referred by another client → commission goes to original referring agent only.

4. Referral Process

Your role is to introduce services and hand over interested clients. Wonderweb handles consultation and service delivery.

1. Promote services under your own brand.
2. Request client permission before sharing details.
3. Send client name and phone number via WhatsApp or email.
4. Wonderweb handles consultation and payment.
5. Commission is paid after payment confirmation (based on package selected by client).

Note: All referrals must be with client consent. Sharing details without permission may result in suspension.

4.1 7-Day Attribution Rule

• If a client first engages Wonderweb directly, that interaction is primary for 7 days.
• If the client engages a referral agent within 7 days, commission does not apply.
• After 7 days, commission applies if the client engages through the referral agent.

5. Branding & Advertising Guidelines

Not Allowed

• Do not present yourself as Wonderweb staff.
• Do not use the name “Wonderweb Technologies” in your branding.
• Do not repost Wonderweb flyers or logos as your own.
• Do not promise services we do not offer.

Recommended

• Operate under your own brand.
• Use referral flyers provided by Wonderweb.
• Present Wonderweb as your design partner.
• Clearly state that services are delivered by Wonderweb.

6. Client Handover Procedure

“I’m now handing you over to my web design partner, Wonderweb Technologies. They will handle your website and provide full support.”

After handover, Wonderweb manages communication and service delivery.

7. Code of Conduct

• Communicate professionally.
• Avoid false or misleading claims.
• Respect client privacy and consent.
• Represent your brand transparently.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

8. Support from Wonderweb

• Brand name assistance
• Custom referral materials
• Referral tracking
• WhatsApp and email support

9. Termination

• Agents who breach policies may be removed.
• Fraudulent referrals are not eligible for commission.
• Policies may be updated with notice.
